The use of Fake Tips.

Pricing of genuine ‘one consumer use only’ Thermage tips for practitioners to use on clients is uniform all over the world. Genuine Thermage tips are not discounted to any practitioner in any country EVER. If you are offered a cheap Thermage treatment then you can assume that the clinic is not using a genuine Thermage manufactured tip, but more likely a Chinese counterfeit tip. Thermage Engineers report that these ‘fake’ Thermage tips do not contain heat shielding and heat monitoring components that ensure your safety and protection against burns during treatment.

WHAT IS THE THERMAGE BODY PROCEDURE?

THERMAGE for cellulite and body skin tightening is a non-surgical, non-invasive, no downtime, single treatment that is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of cellulite on the body.

THERMAGE tightens, firms, tones, contours and rejuvenate skin to help naturally restore a more youthful appearance. Unlike other radio frequency devices THERMAGE uses the CPT (comfort Pulse Technology) and focused Radio Frequency system, FDA and TGA cleared for the non-invasive treatment of cellulite, wrinkles and folds. This technology is unique to THERMAGE systems and utilizes a unique form of monopolar capacitive radio frequency (CRF) technology to firm and tighten existing collagen, increase circulation to fatty tissues, and stimulate new natural collagen production.

Immediate results from THERMAGE may be visible, but as new collagen is produced by your skin, THERMAGE results continue to improve for up to 6 to 12 months. The THERMAGE procedure is fast and easy, and requires no downtime from normal activities. Unlike lasers, the procedure can be performed on patients of all skin colour.

HOW DOES THERMAGE WORK ON THE BODY?

THERMGAE works by heating deep collagen fibres in the skin and underlying tissue, while protecting the skin’s surface with a cooling system within the device.

The treatment is performed with the patented Comfort Pulse Technology. The THERMAGE tip gently touches the skin, delivering the non-invasive CRF energy deep beneath the skin. This deep uniform heating action stimulates the skin to create new collagen and to remodel existing collagen.
