Australia Post Delays Due to Covid-19
We’re working hard to get your skincare orders to you. At the moment, our shipping partner Australia Post is experiencing some understandable delays. For some locations around Australia our usual delivery times are taking a little longer than normal (8-14 Days), please hang in there and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any issues with your order. You agree that all refund requests must be made by you within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. To initiate a return/replacement, you must email us before returning any item. We will refund the purchase price using the same method of payment. For example, if a specific credit card was used, we will refund into that same account. You accept that refunds will only apply in the following circumstances:
If the product has defective packaging that prevents or hinders use (full refund including postage will occur in this instance, provided that the postage has proceeded via a reputable tracking system);
If the wrong product has been ordered by you, provided that the item has been returned in merchantable quality, (that is, unopened and in saleable condition). We will refund the purchase price within this 30-day period. However, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for the payment of shipping (postage/courier costs), and these costs will not be refunded to you.
If we send the incorrect item to you following your online order, a full refund including postage will occur. In this unlikely circumstance, we will send to you a tracking postage pack to enable the return of the item, and, once returned, the full reimbursement will be paid into the same account used to purchase the item.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:
If you have opened the product packaging or the product itself, rendering it unsaleable. You cannot return this item/product and you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund;
If you have found the item at a lower price elsewhere. You will not be able to seek a refund, or return the product (unless it is defective, as specified above);
If you purchased the item/product having completed the acknowledgement that certain conditions of use relating to the item/product prevailed prior to use, you confirm that you are bound by the certified conditions of your purchase and cannot seek to return the item/product purchased. For example, if you ordered a product certifying that you were not pregnant, when you actually were, you would not be entitled to a refund.
WARRANTIES ACCEPTED BY YOU:
You understand that all information, specifications, samples, and items/products provided to you by Saphira Clinic are approximations only and, subject to any guarantees applicable under Australian Consumer Law, slight variations, or small deviations, will not entitle you to reject the item/product upon delivery, or to make any claim in respect thereof.
You acknowledge that any advice, recommendation, assistance, information or service given by Saphira Clinic , its servants and/or agents is given in good faith, with a belief that the warranty is accurate and appropriate and, you acknowledge that we do not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of your reliance on such warranty, advice, assistance, recommendation, information, assistance or service.
